    Must have a valid ID/driver’s license. (If you are applying as a driver, you must be over 23 years of age and have a valid clean MVR, Illinois Class C license with a medical card preferred but not required)
    Must be able to pass a background check, no felonies.
    Must be in good physical condition, and able to lift over 75lbs repeatedly for long distances and hours.
    Drivers are expected to move as well! The position is not limited to “driving only”. You will move furniture with your team!

    • Must have great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

    • We perform moving services 6-7 days a week, so working weekends is a must!

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable professional moving experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Properly pack, protect and moving the customer’s furniture, boxes and other belongings such as appliances, exercise equipment, pianos and safe’s in a cautious and efficient manner to ensure there are no opportunities for damages.
    Safely load, transport, and unload the customers’ belongings using a 26ft box truck from the origin to their final destination.
    Be in constant communication with the dispatch office to ensure moving services are completed in a timely and professional manner and that all service procedures were met Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

    • Responsible for proper use of company equipment, packing materials, and company vehicles.

    • Act as a brand ambassador—company uniforms and a clean, professional appearance are a must! If you are the Best of the Best, you must look the part!

    • Treat customers as your #1 priority! Always remain respectful of their property and personal space. Moving is a very stressful time and we do our best to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly from start to finish.
